The Beaverbrook Community Concert Series is proud to present “Landscapes Within,” a concert of with a program of solo piano music by Alberto Dalgo.
The concert will take place on 4 April, 2027 at 3:00pm, at Kanata United Church (33 Leacock Dr., Kanata ON).
No need for tickets: just show up! This concert is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis, with a $15 donation recommended.
About the Artist
Alberto Dalgo is an Italian pianist who combines concert activity with teaching, with a particular interest in recital programmes built around a clear narrative idea. He studied with Maria Grazia Petrali and Andrea Turini, and later with Leonid Margarius at the Imola International Piano Academy. He won the Grand Prix at the Concours Musical International de France and several first prizes at international piano competitions. He has performed as a soloist, chamber musician and with orchestra in Italy and abroad, including the Ateneo de Madrid, Robinson College Cambridge, the Italian Cultural Institute in Oslo, the Museu Nacional da Música in Lisbon and Galiffet Palace in Paris. He is the founder of the Hopper Piano Trio, with which he recorded for Da Vinci Classics, and currently teaches piano at the Conservatory “E. R. Duni” in Matera. His recital work often focuses on programmes that connect intimacy, depth and expressive energy.

All of our concerts are held at Kanata United Church, 33 Leacock Drive Kanata ON. Our venue offers limited parking, with street parking
available in the surrounding neighborhood.
The venue is accessible, which includes automatic doors, a dedicated accessible washroom and no stairs required for entry.
