About the Artists

Soprano Neha Natarajan is a recent graduate of the Bachelor of Music/Bachelor of Science program from the University of Ottawa where she studied vocal performance under Christiane Riel. She has had the privilege to go on stage for many productions with uOttawa Opera, with some personal favourites being Damon in Handel’s Acis and Galatea (2022), Titania in Purcell’s The Fairy Queen and Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream (2023), and Gretel in Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel (2024), and La fée marraine in Pauline Viardot’s Cendrillon (2025). Upcoming engagements include covering the role of Cleopatra in Handel’s Giulio Cesare in Egitto with OperOttawa, and performing Le Feu in Ravel’s L’Enfant et les Sortilèges with uOttawa Opera as a guest performer. When she’s not singing, Neha maintains a busy teaching schedule as a piano and voice teacher, and outside of music, she can be found on the couch sipping a cup of tea alongside her four cats: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Clove, and Chai.

Josh Wu is an Ottawa-based pianist with a diverse performance background spanning solo concerts, collaborative work and choral accompaniment. Graduated from performance master’s degree at University of Ottawa, he is currently the accompanist for two choirs at Cantiamo Choirs of Ottawa.
