Beaverbrook Community Concert Series

We are always looking for new musicians to perform in our series! Right now we are looking for performers to fill our 2026-2027 season (currently, September 2026 to June 2027). Even if our current season is full, we would love to have your information to get in touch with you when planning our future seasons.

We are looking for individuals or groups that perform music in the classical and/or jazz styles to participate. Here are a few quick things about our program:

• We usually book concerts on the last Sunday or Saturday of the month, at 3pm. This is flexible if necessary
• We do not livestream or record our concerts. Performers are able to record themselves, but are liable in regards to any copyright law related to the recordings
• We offer a honorarium for all performances based on the free-will offering collected. Please contact us for further details on this.
• We are likely able to reimburse SOCAN and/or composer’s fees – please inquire about this if you are expecting to encounter any

If you are interested in applying, here’s what we would need from you:

• A program of 45-60 minutes of music, finalized at least one month before the date of the performance
• Headshot(s) and a ~150 word biography, submitted at least one month before the date of the performance
• A link to a recording of a performance you’ve given (YouTube or Google Drive etc. – Please do not attach video or audio files)
